No sensation while recieveing Oral Sex

I have been finding it hard to get any pleasure out of oral sex. My gf begins when i am erect but i dont feel enough to keep me up, so i slowly soften and it becomes very embarrising for both parties.
Is there anything i can do to return the feeling as i enjoy the thought of recieving oral sex but when it gets down to it, it simply doesnt work.
I also have to shag very hard in order to get feeling. Is there anything i can do to change this?
