Hi, I think I have mixed up day for a night. Most of my activities are happening during night. I even shower and, sometimes, eat when the night falls. Am I Nocturnal or what? Most of the day I spend sleeping. I wake up around 3-5 pm and then my life begins. Do I have a sleeping problem? Not really. I just prefere night.

Hi, well, I know there are Nocturnal animals, but now people.... Where is this world going? Mammals first evolved over 200 million years ago, and the majority remained nocturnal. After all, we are mammals. And in a world that lives all the time, 24 hours a day. If you live in a big city, you will know what I meen. Perhaps this Nocturnal thing will give us the possibility to see better in the dark. And bigger eyes. All Nocturnal animal have large eyes. Nothing to worry about, anyway. Being Nocturnal is not the same as being insomniac. Most of my friends have a night life, really.
