Non surgical interventions of hip dysplasia?

Hi. I have a dog and his diagnose is hip dysplasia. Because I’ve heard a lot of this disease I was wandering if the solution for it is surgery or there are other interventions that can be useful? Are there any Non surgical interventions of hip dysplasia? Thank you in advance.

I suggest you to do some thing such as vitamin therapy or medication but also simple things that can be very useful like warming bad. Treatment for young dogs is usually combined with rest.
