I'm in my eleventh day of sobriety and I've noticed that I'm not hungry. I realize that when drinking my body burns the sugars in alcohol for fuel while converting what is not needed into fat.
But I'm curious as to why or the what of the reverse. I'm not really eating, I'm forcing myself to do so and I do it half-heartedly. I've dropped a few pounds (which is nice).
So, does anyone know why I really don't want to eat and what exactly is happening?
Much thanks!
