I have PCOS and I have irregular periods. I was wondering if i can still get pregnant. I was told that I still ovulate i just don't bleed. Pleased let me know! My husband and i are trying to concieve so this would be a big help

it has been a few months since you posted, but i wanted to let you know that you can indeed get pregnant with pcos, it's just harder! i have had 2 pregnancies and know many women who have had several children with this. there is a great book out there called taking charge of your fertility, by dr toni weschler, which helps you look for the signs of when you are actually ovulating. this was what helped my husband and i conceive with our first. i have also heard rumor that once you conceive, it gets easier to!
