Not pregnant, was is it?

I have been having nausea, headaches, frequent urination, loss of appetite, slight weight loss and an absent period for two months. The symptoms seem to point toward early pregnancy but I take the pill everyday AND use condoms so I don't see how pregnancy is possible. I am also on a 6 month low dosage of anitbiotics (Macrobid) for recurrent UTIs but I'm not sure if that affects it at all.

If you are on antibiotics that can affect your birth control so you could have gotten pregnant.
