Not proper digestion

I have a problem on my stomach.Actually past six month i can't able to release my shits in a smoothy way it.I don't fell any pain,bleeding and itching while shiting.But I feel my stomach is full of gas and it always dump at all time.I need ur help will u please tell some suggestion for me...
