hey. I am 14, Im a male, and I'm almost 100% healthy. and after I masterbait. I cannot get my excitment back for a while. The shortest it was, was like 4 hours avergae.
sometimes more. soemtimes less.
But what are teqniques for gettin your excitment back?
or is there something I'm not doin right.

i have the same f@#$^&* problem. anyone have anythoughts. i mean i can do it if i really wnat to and look at porn and what not, but it takes longer and its not as good. i am 15, and have been masturbating for several years now.
