Not sure if i have pinched nerves

Ive had back pain for about a month. When I'm standing straight up for about 10 seconds and bend down I have this sharp shooting pain, and it usually last for about 3 seconds. It hurts around the middle of my spine. My neck and leg feels fine. About 2 month ago I played soccer and didn't have any serious fall so i dont think that cause the pain. If you have any idea please help.

Also when i bend backwards a tad and hold it in that position it hurts.
