Hello, potential advisors
I am currently 19 years of age. During the spring of 2003, freshmen year of high school, I ejaculated quite frequently at night for the pleasurable sensation and feeling of non-caring that it would induce after it. But one night I tried to lengthen the interval or the pleasure to about two hours or so. There may have been too much stress but something did tear… I could feel it doing so before I could ejaculate.
This is stupid but I didn’t tell my parents because of the shame that it would have brought. It will be four years this May since this has happen and I want to seek treatment as soon as possible because this has made me so indecisive in life around women and other people.
What I have been able to discern since this event almost four years ago.
-My sexual desire has decreased quite a bit although I still like women.
-The euphoria of sex isn’t there.
-After ejaculation, the sense of fulfillment isn’t there.
-My semen output I know for a fact is significantly reduced.
-Harder time keeping erections.
Physically
- My right testicle I believe has some of the vas deferens ripped and maybe some damage to the epididymis, from what I could feel since it is hanging far looser. *** where damage I have discerned is.
- I’m not sure if a tube is ripped further up.
Testing although done indirectly by doctor
-the doctor didn’t find any abnormalities during any physicals given feeling the testicles, then again the doc probably didn’t feel anything besides maybe the arteries going there.
-a urine analysis determined a high protein content ~ I think a bleed off of sperm would account for this since I do not eat a lot of meat as originally diagnosed by a doctor. I do not believe that this is a kidney/liver problem… but I could be wrong. I think the protein content is from some bleed off from sperm. |
