Not sure whats going on

Hi just had a few questions for you guys maybe someone can help out. I have been on the patch now for 18 months and have never missed a patch but this months has been alot different than I have ever went through. The only thing different about this month is I went on antibiotics and everyone swears you dont have to have back up. My period isnt due until tomorrow but I have some things going on I havent dealt with before. My breast do hurt before my period but my nipples have never hurt before but this month they hurt and stay hard just about 24/7. I have been having cramps since Tues. and usually the very next day I start my period. Yesterday I had a yellowish discharge with alittle blood in it and today it was yellowish with no blood. I have gas like cramps on and off but it never passes. Certain foods last week made me really sick to smell and its foods that I like. I stay sick on my stomach on and off through out the day. My last period was June 21st. So like i said I could start tomorrow but this symptoms are so weird. I took a test yesterday and it said - but I am wondering if it could maybe be a fale - seeing how my period could start tomorrow. Anyone know if this sounds truly like pregnancy or what could it be? Any advice would be great!

If you are pregnant, it is probably too early to be getting any symptoms. There is a chance that the antibiotics interfered with the patch, take another test in a few days if your period doesn't show.
