Hi- Ok so I get these dizzy spells once a year it seems. Everything goes into like tunnel vision. I then feel really week fall to the ground and then I need to drink some kind of soda or orange juice. It last from 30 minutes to 10 minutes.. I am usually fine and then its like nothing happened. The last time and this time, my left arm, fingers and face were numb for like 2 days? Am I having a stroke.. is it my blood sugar? Help...

You should really really see a doctor...it may be a stroke, it may not be. Strokes are usually accompanied by a headache but it is different for everybody. Try taking an asprin a day, this thins the blood but not too much and is medically proven to reduce the risk of stroke and heart disease. But do go and see a doctor...
