I ride bicycles a lot and lately I've noticed that my penis and foreskin go numb but not my ball bag or balls - I also am getting this at work from the chair I sit in. When I have to pee, I cannot tell if the urine is coming out my hole because I cannot feel it. Why is this happening?

This could be caused by nerve damage or a lack of blood flow to the penis. Did you have an injury to your groin? If so, see your doctor. If not, try drinking pomegranate juice. Studies show that drinking this juice increases blood flow to the penis and helps with prostate and sexual problems. If drinking this juice doesn't work after a while, see a doctor.
