I am 25 years old and have been experiencing migraines since I was in 8th grade. I get headaches from so many triggers I can't keep count, so I honestly never even pay attention to the kind. I also suffer from anxiety and have gotten panic attacks in the past. Some people would probably call me a hypochondriac (which I probably am) but I swear when something doesn't feel right, I just can't ignore the symptoms.

My current problem is that a few days ago I experienced a stressful event, and the next day I went to the chiropractor and had my 2 week adjustment (I also have vertebral subluxation), well the next day I stopped by an atm machine and as I was staring at the machine I experienced vertigo. I have had dizzy spells in my life, but this was different. It scared me so bad my blood pressure shot up, and I had to throw off my rx sunglasses because I thought the light might be doing it. It lasted for about 30 seconds and slowly went away. I was worried the rest of the night that it may happen again, but I just felt lightheaded the rest of the evening.

This morning was fairly decent as I only experienced slight dizziness, but as the day progressed, I started having anxiety, and when I would sit the dizziness would get worse. Well, on the way home from work, I experienced numbness and tingling on the left side of my body (I have experienced this once before as well--over a month ago and it lasted for a few hours that I remember), this sensation has been going on for well over an hour now, and I also have a throbbing in my left shoulder....almost like something is pinching my nerve, and for the 1st time ever today my wisdom teeth on the left side started throbbing as well. My neck is extremely tight, and I have felt pressure in my head all day long, and have slight throbbing pains on the left side of my head.

I don't know what to attribute this all to, or where to turn for answers. I don't know if this is a neurological problem, or if its a pinched nerve or just my body reacting to all of the stress that I have been under.

Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated. I am scared to death!
