I feel Numbness in my tongue and gums. This is happening since my dentist replaced the filling near my wisdom tooth? Do you guys have any idea what that might be?

It is hard to say anything. Also had similar problem and went to the dentist, he “cleaned” the canal with the needle and then replaced the replaced filling. I think best is to talk to dentist and get an x-ray of problematic tooth.
