Greetings, I am male who is 46 years old. Occasionally I suffer from palpitations. I went to my doctor because I thought it was serious but it seems that none of the tests proved that. I have family history with heart related problems. Do you have a suggestion for me? Thank you in advance for your time.

Hello, I will do my best to help you but I don't know much o you should see your doctor once again. I can only say that you test your blood pressure regularly and to live healthy. If you drink or smoke, you should quit because it is bad for you. Also quit drinking coffee and try not to be nervous (I know that this sounds stupid and hard but it is true). You can test yourself once more. It wont hurt. I wish you luck.
