Occasional Sore Throat

In the back of my throat, I can see and feel this white sorta of lump, sticking out. I have tried to pull it out with tweezers but I fail to grasp it without choking. Should I be worried about this? Will it go away?

Well, sounds like you have a tonsil stone. Small ones normally get dislodged and come out on their own. See an ENT if it is there for too long causing you a prolonged irritated throat.
