Well lately I've been experiencing sleepparalysis starting in June 06. The thing about it, is when I experience it. It feels like im falling down in a bottomless pit. I also notice teeth clentch at times. Im able to keep calm now though, since I know im not really falling. But it feels pretty real, darkness all around and cold air. Is this normal for sleep paralysis, or do I have some sort of other disorder?
