Odd symptons, What's wrong with me?

I'm 21 years old and my penis size is still about the same size it's been since I've been 11 or 12 years old (just over 5 inches long), my balls are still about the same size as that time nor have they dropped any more than they had at that time. My nipples are still small, I believe I show all the signs of pre-pubsecent, my voice still cracks from time to time. I have a low amount of facial hair and some of my friends call me baby face(doesn't bother me), most girls say I'm cute but I've never had one say I'm handsome.

Yet keep in mind, I'm 21 years old. I've never had sex before, not even four play, oral, hand job, anything. I'm trying my best to fight all urges to have sex with a chick, because I'm waiting until marriage to make it more special. I do masturbate but not too often, maybe two times a week, sometimes I go upwards of a month with no desire to.

What do you guys think this is?

You may not be finishes with puberty just yet, this just might be what you are supposed to be or maybe there is some sort of hormone thing that a doctor can help you with.

don't be shy to make an appointment to see a doctor for a chat about such things.

ps: just over 5 inches is average adult size. don't be fooled by bragging / lying friends and porn.

Thanks for the response bud, yea I understand 5 is the average adult size, I'm actually fine with what I got, but what I don't like is that my voice still cracks and I show a few other signs of not maturing...but it does scare me because most of my friends fully matured by the time they were 18 or 19, and here I am maybe half matured at 21

I think I'll take your advice and get it checked out, could be a hormone problem though I don't really mood swing or anything like that
