Hard day at work, all tired and good for nothing – this is a good description of my week. But, there are some special measures to relax so that I could sleep better. Hot bath and wine are the old recipe for all exhausted men and women. But, here is one more thing that I have discovered – a comfort odor, fragrances of flowers or fruits, to wear as going to bed. Anybody with the same experience?

Yeah, a comfort odor on my night wardobe, when falling asleep, is really calming and always close to the skin. With some kind of a comfort scent (I prefer roses and vanilla), I just relax and flow in that odor, then gently fall asleep. Also, not all odors are to make your sleep calm and peaceful. Perfumes with a lot of spice are not so comforting. Well, everybody likes something. I heard some people go to bed wearing a food odor (I also like the smell of brownies before nap time).
