Hello there, I am 18 years old girl who has constant problem with fainting. I really don't know what the cause is for this but I know that I am scared. I would like to know is this a common thing or what? Every advice would be most welcome. I wish to thank you in advance for everything you write.

Hi there, it is common for young girls such as yourself. But tell me do you have some weight problems. I mean, maybe you are skinny and you still want to lose some weight. If that is the case it can lead to this. This can be pretty dangerous. Maybe it is just your immune system. Anyway, you should go and see a doctor, just to be sure.

Hi, I'm a mom with a 13-yr old girl with regular black-out and fainting problems. She is slender, but not unhealthily so. If anybody out there has help, please do comment--I'm taking her to the doctor; it's reached a dangerous level (she's fallen on stairs and pulled a bookshelf down on top of herself.)

Never participated in a blog before. This is new to me.
