| I find that about two to three hours after I eat, I am hungry again. This is especially true at night. I will wake at 2AM and 5AM hungry. Although I refuse to get up and eat at this time, it is annoying. I am not going to the bathroom execessively during the day but again at night at the same time as I wake up hungry, I also have to get up to use the restroom. This happens several times a night. I have gone from 187 lbs last April to 174 lbs now. This may not be a lot, but my weight was so steady before, it seems strange to me. Also, my mother got diabeties, type II, when she was just 4 years younger than me. She is dead now, so I cannot ask her about it, and I am 59 now. But I do not seem to have the excessive thurst. Can you advise me? |
