I have been on Trinessa 28 day for about 6 months or more. I always start my period 2 days after I start the sugar pills. This time, I started 2 days before my Dummy Pills and it was light spotting of pink and red for 5 days... Now, the 6th day it's a little heavier more like the beginning of my period... I have been cleansing out my system for almost 2 weeks. Drinking a lot of water, natural laxative with things like Yellow Dock, Cascara Sagrada, Slippery Elm, ect... Taking an Anti Fungal/Detox that has stuff like Echinacea, Oregano, ect. Also Flora-Smart and things like Fiber and Magnesium... I know St. Johns Wart can cause the Birth control to not be as effective but everything else should be fine... I just don't understand why I would spot for about 5 days then start a heavier period. Not to mention, about 4 days earlier than usual... Do you think it could just be my hormones. I have noticed toxins being released, pimples on my face, feeling bloated and on edge...
