On pill, condomless sex, milky nipple secretion - pregnant?

I should be coming up on my period in a weeks time, and I am wondering if it is too early in the pregnancy (it would only be two or three weeks in) to have nipple secretion when they are squeezed. If it is too early, what else could produce the milky, sour substance?

If you have a blood test, and it proves to be that you are NOT pregnant, there is a possiblity you may be suffering from a pituitary gland condition or tumour. It is a very common condition, caused by pathology of the pituitary gland - a major gland located above the back part of your nasal cavity. The condition may be causing an excess of the hormone prolactin, which is responsible for causing milk secretion. Best advice - see a doctor.
