On the Pill, Took it late, Bleeding, Cramps, Back Pains, and

me and my girlfriend had sex about a week ago, she forgot to take her pill that day so took it about 7 hours after she usually takes it....lately shes been having cramps, light bleeding, lower back pains, and shes very tired all day, she has been taking her pill regularly since. I was just wondering what might be wrong with her, and could she be pregnant? were about a week away from her period and im hoping it comes on time..
