On the pill lower abdominal pain durin sex brownish/red discharge&light/heavy 2 week early perio

I'm on the pill, and have been for almost 2 years. Recently I have been having pain in my lower abdomine (spelling?) area every once in awhile during sex. Then I started have a brownish dark red light discharge and then it turned into my period, but its two weeks early. I've never had irregular period since I've been on the pill. What does this mean?

ive been on the pill for about 6 / 7 years now and was fine untill about 3 to 4 years ago when i started having bleeding in between my periods but was just told by my dr that i was still getting used to the pill. ive since then changed my pill a number of times, also having a smear test, and STD tests which came back normal but am now having exactly the same problem. ive been with my boyfriend for 4 years and have recently been experiencing low abdominal pains whilst having sex and sharp pains in my vagina, my bleeding in between periods also seems to be getting worse and heavier, but my dr is still insisting this is normal.....please help!!!
