My sister has a problem with eating disorders more then two years. Exactly she has anorexia but until now she denied it. Finally she realized that she needs a medical help. She wants to see psychotherapist, she even asks about group therapy. Does it mean that she is on the way to overcoming anorexia?

Probably, yes. It’s very important that she admitted that she has a problem. That is the first important step on way to overcoming that awful illness. But it’s just a beginning. She will need all your support. People who have anorexia, usually can not take care of their self properly. Be there for her.
