Hi. I have weight problem and I’ve tried many diet programs and pills so far. I found most of them more harmful than good. Recently I’ve heard for One a day weightsmart pills and I would like to try them because by brother have been using one a day multivitamins tablets and had no trouble with it. But still I wanted to check it out beforehand. Did anybody here use them ??? What were your experiences??
I’ve been using them for some time but after a while I started having nightmares. At first I thought it was just a coincidence. But, it continued almost every night and then I finally decided to stop taking them – just to check. I feel I was right because afterwards I experienced no nightmares… I’ve also checked it’s side effect more thorough and I found that those pills contain several ingredients that could’ve caused this. This is my experience and I can’t tell weather you’ll have the same one but I felt obliged to inform you.
