I wanted to know if I take the One A Day Weight Smart with Birth Control(Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo), If it will change the effectiveness of my birth control? One A Day Weight Smart Contains Green Tea, Chromium, Niacin, Thiamin, Many Vitamins, etc. Should I take the VItamins? HELP!
