I have heard losing 20 pounds in the next month while eating your favorite foods every second day really is possible. One Day Diet saying we can forget the recipes and calorie-counting and restrictions that say we can't have the foods we want most. What especially interested me is that we don't need to use diet drugs that make you feel jumpy or keep you awake at night. It sounds too good to be the truth, so I want to hear if this diet really works.
