Hey,
I need advice from someone with similar experience. I have constant sore throat, but just on one side, I you understand my problem. It feels like left side is sore and somehow sticky. Do you guys know any home remedy that helps with such problems?
I would really appreciate the answer!!!

Hello,
I use kitchen sage for such things. It so multifunctional!!!! Make tea from it. Put leaves in boiling water and leave them in water for 5 to 10 minutes (put 1 tea spoon on 3 dcl of water). Then gargle tea. You can also drink it, but it has horrible taste… Do this for a week, many times daily and I am sure you’ll feel better. This method is also good for sore gums.
Best regards!

As far as taste, I add 1 sweet and low packet to it and it tastes great. You can add sugar. I highly recommend this
