One day brown discharge during period

My period is like always normal. The past month on the week when I was supposed to get my period, I only got like a brown discharge for one day and I missed my period...and now about two weeks later it happened again for just one day Im not pregnant or anything. Does anybody have any ideas what it is

I'm having the same problem. Only I haven't had my period yet. A very very dark clumpy discharge has shown up in my panties & I have no idea what it is. I do not think I'm with child, but I know this isn't right...
