One week after period, what are my chances of becoming pregn

My boyfriend and I sort of had sex.. it was about a week after my period ended, we used a condom with spermicide, but he didn't ejaculate.. this may be a stupid question, but I was just wondering how likely it would be that i could become pregnant from this. He was inside of me for maybe 5 or 10 minutes? We've decided not to do this anymore.. we're not ready and it just makes us too nervous b/c i'm not on birth control. What do u think the liklihood is that i could have become pregnant from this?

if u used a condom you wont get preg, and especially if he did not ejaculate
