For nearly 1 year now, I have experienced much discomfort from swollen glands. It became quite frustrating going from doctor to doctor and even specialists, all telling me I have a virus and treating it with antibiotics. I know enough to understand there is no sure-fire treatment for a virus. This is causing me to have daily headaches and my ears hurt/ring often.
I consider myself healthy in that I drink green tea daily and many antioxident rich foods. My boyfriend is worried, since I'm only 22, on why my body can't fight it off! ANY suggestions would be helpful.
Thank you for your time |

| I have the same problem and I am only 17. It seems I have been antibiotics since I was like 10...lets just say I have a very close relationship with my doctor because I have seen her so much, lol. You can always go on a therapy treatment for it. My doctor is talking about doing this with me....I don't know many details of it, but you could always go and ask your doctor for more information. There is also a surgery they could do where they clean out your sinuses and then put a hole in your sinuses, I have had this done and it seems to help a little. |
