Hi, I have ongoing stomach pains. I thought they will stop, but it has been two months now, and I’m still dealing with them. I am a student, and I don’t have time to cook. I live on hamburgers, sodas and lots of coffee. Could this be a reason?

Of course it could be a reason! Your body is not made to deal with that junky food every single day. It is all right to eat a hamburger with soda once in a week, but every day!? You have to change your habits right away, because ongoing stomach pain is not the only thing you will get if you continue living like that. Unhealthy habits and life style can cause many serious problems like stomach pains, constipation, obesity and heart diseases. However, ongoing stomach pain can be caused by other things like medications, stress, alcohol or some diseases. It all depends where your ongoing pain is located. You should visit a doctor, before it complicates.
