Osteopathic vs Chiropractic for painful and stiff neck?

Hi! I’m 26 and I have a huge problem with neck pain. I’m taking medicaments but they just can give me relief from pain for a short time. I want to try to heal my neck. My doctor told me that I can try with osteopathic or chiropractic treatments. What’s better? Osteopathic vs Chiropractic for painful and stiff neck?

Well, as you probably know, osteopathy and chiropractic are very similar disciplines of alternative healing. Both of them can help you but with different methods. I used to have few chiropractic treatments, and I find that they can be very helpful, especially for neck problems. Maybe you should try with both of them.
