Outer vaginal trauma; taking darvocet; 1 week late for period

I hurt myself mountian biking, and bled quite a bit. I didn't have any internal damage, and no stictches, but the docotor put me on Darvocet. Now I'm about a week late for my period... and I'm a little worried. Could the combined trauma (even though it's to the outside) and Darvocet cause me to be late? Or should I be worried about other possibilities?
