Over Masterbation help please

Hello All

I Was wondering if someone can help about 1 year ago i was masterbating and i ejaculated 5 times all in one go pretty much on the 5th time i felt this sharp pain or discomfort ever since then my sex drive has pretty much gone down hill also my Testicles feel cold to touch and i havent really gotten an erection in a while i was wondering if someone can tell me whats going on because i havent got a clue im 20 years old and im a bit overwieght as well Confused

Also since then when i do masterbate it takes me long to get an erection and when i do i premature ejaculate and after i feel this weird discomfort in my baddler area.

well 5 times in a row is a little too much... i think your body needs time to make more spurm and your trying to force out more so it hurts... try to do it a little less
