I am 47 years old and when I just before I ovulate my breast sget sore , hard and very painfull. It can last for two to three weeks. I am not on HRT. It is ver uncomfortable and makes it difficult to move around.I recently had a mammogram and all was fine. What is the cause of this? My ovulation can some months be very painfull.
