Oww Shoulder Blade Pain??

Hey there
I feel this numb, but quite steady pain under my shoulder blade. I am sitting lately, cos I have new job (more than 12 hours a day). Could this be a cause?

Hey there,
Yes, sitting or doing something in a constant position could be a cause for shoulder blade pain. I also had this, but then I got used to it (I mean sitting) and pain eventually went away… I was also careful to sit in a upright position.
If pain doesn’t go away, maybe you should see a chiropractic or a specialist for back…
