You provided very little information so it is hard to tell. The pain could be just hormonal if you are around ovulation or you're supposed to get your period.
If there are additional symptoms like flaking, tenderness, redness, etc...then it could be an infection.
If there are lumps within breasts, it could be fibrocystic breasts.
If the pain persists, you better seek doctor's help! Good luck!

umm well lets see i have sore nipples and somtimes i have cramps like im going to start but its not time umm i have taken several e.p.t test they say no but people say that i may need a blood test to know so am i pregnant
