Yes, I believe they could because I had problems with them when I suffered from gallstones. When I asked my doctor about it, he said this could occur due to an allergic reaction to diary products that sets off gallbladder pain. He warned me not to eat dairy foods until I recovered from the surgery. He also said that chocolate and coffee could trigger the pain as well.
So, I got of all fat and dairy foods, no sugar, very little coffee and oriented towards fresh fruits and vegetables, cooked meat. |
