PCOS w/treatment and sex with very fertile guy

Okay I am 19 years old and I was diagnosed a couple months ago with PCOS I have a period every blue moon and has been that way for the longest. Well about 3 months ago my doctor put me on a drug called Seasonique to help my PCO basically the birth control method to heal me and I started the pills and stopped within two months of the 3 month supply because it put me on my period for almost 3 weeks well 2 months went by and just 3 weeks ago me and my boyfriend had sex and he came in me 5 times and he is very fertile as I am just finding out. Like 9 days after we did it I spotted one time and thats it then the following week my nipples felt so sore I hated wearing my bra not to much crampping but alot of shitting like every time I eat and I usuall only go once a day sorry TMI and I am also anemic so I am always tired and I have been very thirsty also. I took a test earlier this week and it was negative but my friend who is pregnant too took one and hers was negative also. So could I be pregnant and the test were in accurate? And the test we took was first response.
