PCO - Polycystic Ovary suspect and pregnancy chances?

Hi,

My wife has baby hair growth under the chin and minor baby hairs on the cheeks running from the side burns to the face. Can that be taken as a case of PCO?She is normal in weight and height.

Second - Both myself and wife are AB Negative blood groups?

Can you advise us on the chances of pregnancy? We use to have unprotected sex during the last six months with high frequency of intercouse.

Any thoughts, suggestions, clarifications, similar experiences and solutions on the above is highly appreciated.
