I have been getting the same problem. A burning sensation at the tip of my penis and then what feels like a stitch in your side, i also get what feels like stiffness in my urithra even though i do not have any kind of erection, seems firmer....?. I've been tested for Clymid, gon, (also taken the pills to cure it, just in case)prostate and hiv, all came back as negative. I was also given a cream to rub on the tip of my penis as one doc thought it was a rash of some sort. I've had this problem for 3 months now and still don't know whats going on.

IT had gone away for near a week untill i had sex the other night and it came back the next day.

burning when you pee is a sign of a urinary tract infection, or unusually a kidney infection... (better hope it is not a kidney infection). But, if you have this problem you need antibiotics to clear it, otherwise it will damage your kidneys.

As to the guy with the stitch in his side, this might be a kidney stone, but if it was a kidney stone, they really hurt.

i have been getting a burning sensation about 20 seconds after i urinate when i do pee i feel normal it looks normal ,i am really scared it burns for about 15 min after then its gone like it didnt happen,i have no clue what it could be i hope its not serious like hiv or cancer or something ,and i havnt slept with anyone,so i dunno it is horrible .

I have this problem too. It has been going on since i was 10 or 11 or so. I am now 17. I get an extreme burning sensation towards the end of my urination. And at this time, when it starts burning, the urine slows down and does not want to come out. So I begin to try to make it come out and it gets cloudy and comes out in little spirts. And I can feel it coming through my penis. This is EXTREMELY painful. I have NOT HAD SEX. And have NO std's. The pain tends to be in the end of my penis and I can feel it specifically in my penis.

I went to the doctor about this problem and they took a urine test and never called with the results and then I called back and they did not have the results but told me that this is a normal problem and will go away.

So here we are 2 years later and it is no better.

Sometimes the pain will last for minutes other times it will last all day. When it does finally decide to go away, it goes away fast. I have no other problems during the pain.

Any help to myself and anyone else with the problem is EXTREMELY appriciated.

Women/Girls get these things called yeast infections, which causes the skin on the labia and vagina to dry out, itch, and burn. There is usually a thick whitish yellow discharge, and some odor. If a man has sex with a woman while she has a yeast infection, he too can get a yeast infection. Not all women show these signs, and can have a yeeast infection without knowing it. Some wmen are shy and easily embarrassed and want to have sex, so they won't tell you they have one. Ask your DR about that, or a UTI or bladder infection.

We all seem to have the same issue. Iritating burning after urination. Sometimes it lasts 5 minutes, sometimes an hour or more. Sometimes the tip of penis burns for long periods, sometimes not at all. I have had prostate review with no issues. 1 month of CIPRO did not help (anti biotic). Nothing seems to really improve situation. Any ideas on how to stop problem?

I've had it for 3 months, it's improved a little, seems wor
se a day or so after sex. Does the fish oil really work? anyone else try?

Same problem. Burning in penis tip after I urinate. Have had for over a month. STD, and UTI tests negative. Blood work for kidneys and liver check out ok. Discomfort in my testicles like Im always sitting on them. Maybe aching in kidneys. Comes and goes how bad it is. Not getting better. Now it itches and burns even when Im not urinating. Sometimes not too bad after I pee. Always after though. Not during. My girlfriend isnt experiencing and symptoms and tested negative for STDs as well. Can anybody please help?? It sounds like this isnt unheard of. So why doesnt anyone know what it is???

Hi all, another guy with the same problem here. I've had this recurring problem for years, have'nt been able to stop it. I have noticed drinking Coca Cola seems to trigger it sometimes. It only burns after urination or ejaculation. It's quite uncomfortable.. even movement makes me feel uncomfortable. Usually goes away within 20 minutes. It may indeed have something to do with acid or sugar levels and the resulting urine irritating the urinary tract. All i can recomment is lay down on your side, try not to move and relax until it goes away.

If you've ruled out the common STDs, you might just have a urinary tract infection. Drink lots of Cranberry Juice and Eat Yogurt. Try to find the purest cranberry juice you can (there are a lot of cocktails out there that only contain 10%).

The yogurt is good just to keep good bacteria count up in your system (used to treat yeast infections). You need to do this to keep healthy in your digestive tract as well. Also, make sure you get plenty of fiber and vitamin A.
