Hi, I was wondering if anyone here has an answer for me.I was diagnosed with Hodgkins. I had my last round of chemo and I went for my PET scan test today. I am very nervous for the results and I hate to wait. I think that here on my clinic are very slow, can you tell me how long are ususly for PET Scan results to be done?

I took a PET scan and the results indicated that the cancer was inactive at that time. I think I waited only for a day for them. Generally, your PET Scan results will be sent to you or to your physician within 24-48 hours of your PET scan
