PROLONGED HEAVY PERIOD

Hi I started my period at 11 by age 12 they became heavy When I was 21 I had a period for a whole month and wsa anemic. The Dr I saw done a test where he looked in my uterus w/ a telescope and there were no polyps so he said it was due to a hormone imbalance b/c of weight gain of 20 lbs. He put me on ortho tri. bc pills which did stop the bleeding and regulate the periods I took them for 1 yr then wanted to try to get pregnant stopped them and didnt concieve. I didnt use anything for 5 yrs with regular menses never concieved but couldnt afford a fertility dr due to no insurance. Then last year I started getting irregular again and Dec I started on day 26 of my cycle then jan I was 2 weeks late took 2 equate preg. test came back positive then started spotting for 5 days and took a first responce it came back negitive then the next day I started a real heavy clotty period that is on day 7 now it has slowed a bit and not clotting much now but doesnt look like its going to stop any time soon. I have been researching online and have alot of the hormone imbalance symptoms but also have symptoms of other stuff as well like endometriosis. I have a appt w/ my gyn in 2 weeks just worried needing advice Smile
