i have my prom on Saturday night and i just started my period. it is very heavy and i don't know what to do!!! how can i make it lighter or stop completely by Saturday! Sad

Really theres nothing you can do right now to stop if from happing...My only suggest to you is to wear a tampon, it should be alot lighter be Saturday, so you shouldnt have to much to worry about........Have Fun At Prom..
