I am 50 years old and I have been having problems with menopause. It sometimes feels as the pain is crawling all over my body and I just cannot do anything to help myself. I just wait until it passes. Beside that, I have headaches and cannot sleep properly. Luckily, mood changes are not that severe as I heard they might be. What are your experiences?
I did not have many physical problems, but those mood changes you have mentioned were like a hell for me and my family. Luckily, they were all full of understanding and tolerance so I had some relief on that side. Still, I had to use medications in order to stabilize my health status and with that kind of help, I went through the second half of my menopause more or less painless.
