Pain During Sex, How Serious Could It Be?

I have started experiencing mild abdominal pain during sex. There is no pain in genital area, but in low stomach. It persists 10-15 minutes after intercourse. Should I report it to my gyn? How serious it could be?

I suffered same kind of pain for months, actually was trying to avoid it by avoiding having intercourses. You should visit your gyn and find out the reason of your pain because there is variety of reasons. It is called dyspaurenia and can be caused by allergic reaction, hormonal changes or disease like endometriosis. I believe that no pain should be ignored. As soon as you establish the cause of pain, sooner you’ll cure it.
